Nice product - slow customer service

Two generators received undamaged. One runs smooth and quiet thru break-in cycle (3 hrs.); the other only 1 hr. before overheating and shutting down.
Question about rotating data display has gone unanswered for a week, so far, due to high call volume.

Easy out of the box operation. Quiet! Convenient!

Recently purchased this, started up great and handle initial operation without an issue. I did get some "sputtering" sounds through the initial hour of use, hoping that is gone after operating more frequently.

Auto Choke Disconnected

Quiet, simple and light.

I had an older Coleman 5500 which was overkill and way loud. I read good reviews and decided on this Westinghouse igen2500. It should work fine for a refrigerator and heater which is all we need. I just completed the break in period and it’s quiet, light, simple and even the size is convenient. I look forward to putting it to the test this coming winter.
