good design

I just received my generator today. Started on 2nd pull. I was going to install an inline fuel filter but it already has one. I ran 30 minutes and changed oil. I will follow the 5 hour break in procedure. I like that it also has an hour meter.

Runs good and I like the eco mode which is really quiet. I've had some trouble starting it. Sometimes requiring up to 15 pulls. It might just be me learning the tricks. We'll see.

Easy to use, true power output claim

Easy to set up and start up. The power indicator showed it could put out what they claim. Ran a space heater for a while and it had no trouble. I like that the indicator shows how much of the power is being used so you know if more can be plugged in.

I bought this over the summer after the ice/snow storm in January 2021. Our power went out last night and this morning I unboxed the generator. Initial setup was easy and the generator started right up. I now have my two refrigerators up and running and also made coffee. The generator is surprisingly quiet. The digital display is great as I can tell exactly how much power each device uses. This will help me plan my load usage so I don’t overload the generator. Great product!!!!

This is my second Igen purchase. I am very happy with this generator. It is silent, easy to start and maintain. I love the fact that you can plug two generators together with an optional parallel cable to double capacity or so.
