I bought this last week and it arrived today. It came with oil and a small tool kit for routine maintenance. I bought it for use while dry camping. Can't wait to try it out

I had been using a 2K generator running 1600 and needed more, but at my age, not to heavy. This, out of the box, quick start, 2 pulls and purrs like a kitten. After breaking it in I am sure it will every bit as quality as it is right now. This running at 2200 will let me use my camping coffee pot and electric skillet at the same time. Nice. Thanks.

The iGen 2500 came well packaged and nothing broken or missing. Instruction manual is easy to follow and to the point. Great value for the money and perfect for the boondocking RV community.
