Quiet and great quality!

This is just perfect for our camper. We can use the microwave and safely charge our smartphones and laptops. Quiet was a big influence with which generator to buy. This was quieter than many of the other leading brands and it supports the wattage it claims without hassle. Not heavy to carry around either. Less than 50 pounds!

We finally got it to work!

The first one that showed up didn't work but they sent another one right out and it started right up. I feel confident we'll be more comfortable with any other California blackouts that may come our way. We got a great deal on a pay over time plan to make it affordable for us. It's a good brand. I hope we don't have any issues with it.

Great little generator! The entire process from unboxing to up and running was quick and easy. The required oil was included so the only thing you'll need to get going is gas. Used it with a test load with no problems. Looking forward to future use!

Perfect for my needs!

I shopped for generators online for a week and chose the iGen2500. Price, features and warranty were what I was hoping for. Packed extremely well and arrived quickly. As a 69 y.o. woman, I appreciate the lighter weight of this inverter model. Started with no problem and I love the LED digital panel display. Efficiency mode makes a big difference to noise and gas consumption. I bought this to run a chest freezer and a refrigerator/freezer in my house during power outages. I haven’t put it to the ultimate test yet, but I am pleased with everything so far! A friend who owns a heating/AC company felt I had made an excellent choice.

Great Device

Bought in advance of tropical storm Isaias, and glad I did. Arrived in perfect condition. After unpacking and filling with the supplied oil and some stabilized gasoline, tested with a small load. No issues with the test. Two days later, we lost power for about 4 hours. The iGen2500 performed flawlessly, powering our large refrigerator, a coupls of fans, our cable modem, our wifi hub, and a large television. Impressively quiet.

Works wells to charge our RV batteries. Compact size and lower weight are make the unit easy to store. Average use 3 hour a day, decent fuel consumption as well.

I bought this after borrowing a friends. His worked so well, I bought my own. We have frequent outages lasting up to 3 days. This will keep my two frig's and one freezer running.
