had to due to incoming inclement weather and it will not start so having to take it to a repair shop to look at and get working. I have previously owne 3 other generators and never had any problems with them which were other brands but this one came highly rated. I am not a happy camper at this point whatsoever.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very concerned with the quality of oil they sent

I bought a few days ago and was very disappointed with the provided oil seeing how it has what seemed to be bits of black plastic material floating in it. I’m glad I was paying very close attention when filling the generator with said oil, only to watch the bits of foreign materials go right down into the crank case. Had to drain and replace with store bought oil instead. Very disappointing! Hope they reach out for help soon!

Just received. Very impressed with quality, design and features with this unit.
I am in Florida and am depending on this powerful Wgen to carry me through hurricane season and beyond as my local utility co. has become unstable.

Won't run on propane
