Starts right up!

Follow the instructions... Add oil, attach propane, hit start (actually I had to pull started, I don't think the battery was charged enough to push button start). Done. Haven't had a chance to really use it yet, but I'm sure I will when PGE cuts off our power.

Out the box item is brand new no dings no scratches. Putting the wheels on was easy. Weight is manageable. Purchased as a backup for a home if my inverter goes bad. Battery already seemed to be connected, I noticed when instructions led me to battery install. Fingers crossed my next review will be how it ran on propane. Don't really plan on running gas through this thing, but a good backup.

This generator ran great at lower altitudes, but difficulties in the mountains. Working with service who has been responsive so far... Will update with the final resolution and adjust the rating appropriately....

the voltage sometimes tends to wander and getting a replacement voltage regulator seems very hard. I have yet to find a westinghouse parts section. when I get that fixed I think it will work very well as a backup generator.

Despite what I have read about some gens arriving damaged for lack of solid packing, this generator arrived in perfect shape. Instructions clear and comprehensive. Everything working as it should in break-in dry runs. Now I have to wait for the next neighborhood power outage for the proof of the pudding.
I also like that I can switch on the fly from gasoline to propane, meaning the bottle that feeds my gas grill can become a backup fuel source in an emergency. Bought this small generator as backup for basics like well, heat and fridge.
