Bought this back in September 2018 and didn't try it until April 2019 during long term power failure. Was able to fill with oil & fuel without issue and it started on the first pull. Ran refridgerator, a few lamps, cell charger, and and a floor fan overnight, no problem. Great portable generator I highly recommend it.

I poured in the oil that came with it, added gas and pulled the rope. It started on the first pull. Nothing to complain about.
