I had to disconnect the bars that hold the battery in place to get the battery in. Spent half an hour looking for the remote pairing button. Surprise! There is none! You don't have do do that step. Started up nice and easy on the third try out of the box. I guess I thought it'd be quieter than my grandpa's old one but no.

Amazing value!

I bought this item for tailgating after learning that the Onan generator in my RV needed a new computer board. Very impressed with the Westinghouse features, dual fuel sorces really extends my capabilities for fuel. the push button and remote start are amazing... It will most likely replace the Onan once I have a weekend to fully install it storage side in the RV.

Solid Unit

I picked this unit up 3 days ago and am pleased with the result. It was slow to start Initially had problems starting with LPG, but after I let it break in, it would start and stop fine with LPG. I ran it on a small amount of gasoline also and it ran much longer than my older generator would on the same amount of gas. I connected it to the garage lighting circuit for a load. That was 10 4 foot and 2 2 foot florescent regular tubes. That would have been about 440 watts. Never even had a light flicker. Easy to maneuver with the wheels and swing up handle.

Super easy to set up & start

1st generator, just wanted one for short outages. Arrived fast and undamaged.
Started easily on LP and Gas. Excellent manual and items included (funnel, oil, wrenches etc.) Have not run it under a load yet. Only 4 stars because it has no hour or voltage meter and no simple way to drain gas from tank to store it. But a great price. Great fit and finish!!

Westinghouse Generator

I live in a zone that has possible hurricanes on a yearly basis . I didn't want to be caught without a reserve power source . I purchased the Westinghouse generator and i'm very pleased with the safety features and the ease of starting it . It's equiped with an electric start and can run for an extended length of time . I can even use it on my RV . I'm very pleased.
