I did not get a battery charger with the generator !! also the oil drain plug needs to be extended out past the frame.

Love the remote start feature

I bought this for hunting in Northern Michigan. I run the generator to watch news in the morning. It's great not having to go out at 4 in the morning to start it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Despite what I have read about some gens arriving damaged for lack of solid packing, this generator arrived in perfect shape. Instructions clear and comprehensive. Everything working as it should in break-in dry runs. Now I have to wait for the next neighborhood power outage for the proof of the pudding.
I also like that I can switch on the fly from gasoline to propane, meaning the bottle that feeds my gas grill can become a backup fuel source in an emergency. Bought this small generator as backup for basics like well, heat and fridge.

Stopped working first time

Less than three weeks old. First time I needed it, it started, then immediately stalled and wouldn't start with either gas or propane. Frustrating to sit through a storm without power with a large paperweight in my garage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
