The box the unit came in was pristine. I've tested this unit and found it easy to start with all 3 starting options, and easy to use the duel fuel. I have not been able to determine if this unit produces a good sine wave or not - important if using the generator to power certain devices that require a good clean sine wave. I haven't found anything in the documentation that helps me determine that. So that's a little worrisome. The price was great. The first power outage will determine if this was truly a good purchase.

I love the dual fuel feature!

We bought the generator for emergencies when the power is off for days. In an emergency, you never know how much gas or LP you'll have available. The dual fuel feature can be a real godsend. You can use gas when it's available, and switch to LP when we run out of gas.

I have been happy with the products i have purchased to date. This one arrived early was very easy to set up. Little hard to start in propane mode but it did and does start. Very early to talk about long term life but I always change the oil after 2- 3 hours run time in the beginning The others I have purchased are all still going strong after 3-4 years. Time will tell if it should be a 5star
