Worked Great Then Stopped

I bought this generator and used it about every four months for a year. It worked great until one day I tried to start it as part of my monthly crank run charge routine. The generator would not try to crank at first I thought it was a dead battery but upon an overnight charge still nothing. The unit will now run on propane only and the remote start nor push button start will work only recoil on propane will work.

Starts up fast and isn’t as loud as I thought. True test is out in the middle of nowhere. Can’t wait.

Highly recommend the WGen3600DFc. A little heavy at 120 lbs. quieter than I expected. Easy to operate.

We have not used it yet. We going on a trip in Aug planning on using it then. We ordered the wheels and handle. Wheels fit great but the handle not.

WGen3600DF Daul Fuel remote start

I paid good money for the generator. Once I broke it out of the box to start it up. I charged the battery since it wouldn’t start remotely. I figured it would have come charged. Next day tried to start it and nothing. I charged it for 5 days and still no remote start. I’ve sent 4 messages to the company and haven’t heard from them yet. So no I wouldn’t recommend a product where the company doesn’t stand behind it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i bought this 2 weeks ago was delivered fast by Westinghouse arrived no damage and everything in the box easy to assemble have used twice now just to make sure it works as hurricane season is upon us here in southeast Texas works and all at a great price point great on gas and propane used it while putting up some new fencing
