I am happy with this item, it is safe and I prefer the propane tank over gas. It is heavy and powerful. I can't wait to put the cover on this as it is sitting on my patio ready to use. My family and neighbors know they will have a place to come to if our power goes out.

1st generator arrived damaged, customer service acted pretty quickly and sent me a new one. Second generator arrived and the box looked worse than the first but luckily the unit is fine. Boxes are too flimsy to ship.
