Like the generator. I had to get a replacement as the original generator would only run on propane and only if pull started. It was a multi month process, but eventually it got replaced. The replacement seems to work as intended.

too new to really rate, but they insisted....

Haven't used it yet, but they insisted on review for warranty registration. Pretty straighforward assembly out of the box and everything's included. Diffcult getting oil into the engine the way the filler is positioned; I had to turn the unit on it's side to do so, not really good practice. Let it sit for a half hour to make sure all the oil settled into the sump and out of the areas it's not supposed to be in. Connected it to propane and it started right up after the 3rd try. walked around the corner from the garage, approximately 25', and the remote started the unit up fine. Will take up to camp and hook up to the cabin system; will provide follow up report after a month's use.

Solves the gasoline-storage problem

Was delighted to find a brand-name generator fueled by propane. After a brief run-in period, mine will be stored in readiness for the eventual sustained power outage, when we will use it mainly to operate lights, communication equipment, and the furnace blower in our home.

Great Start Up

Start up was easy and ran smooth from the first start. The handle and back wheels make the generator easy to move. We have only used it once but all went well. Ran for 5 hours without any hesitation or stopping. Could hardly hear it inside the house.

Just received my WGEN3600DF dual fuel generator. It was very well packaged and it's well built and impressive looking as well. I did not run it yet, snowing out. I put it together in the living room. Wheels are simple to put on, a bolt through the wheel, a washer on the inside With a push pin/spring clip type fastener pushed through the bolt and it's on, about 1 minute per wheel. The rubber feet go on with 2 small bolts with locking caps. I used my impact drill with a socket...less than a minute on each. Everything is tight fitting and well designed. It came with a bottle of oil (10W30 4 stroke small engine). It also came with a screw in funnel to fill the oil without the usual mess. I'm confident given the ratings it will run well and be a great item for camping. I had to upgrade my 2200W max generator, as it won't run the a/c in my new camper. After 3 days of comparing reviews etc, I choose the Westinghouse made in vietnam, because it was RV ready, and it looks very high end. Oh, electric start too, I'm getting too old to be cranking on a rewind. AND it comes with a Fob to start it remotely. It's going to get some looks, and i suspect others we camp with will have some envy, not that that its what i was going for.
