Bit tough on us old guys

Was a bit challenging to get the oil inserted. The cap is not easy to thread and the oil container provided had more oil than the engine properly needs. I ran it on propane with no issues. It started readily and ran well. Works fine. It is a bit heavy, but then it provides a lot of output.
After unpacking my first step wasn’t as expected, for the record I’m a Millwright and wrench on stuff every day. Two of the nut’s welded on frame were cross threaded, luckily I had the M8 tap to fix it, but totally unacceptable for a Westinghouse product, that being said this is a great product and would recommend
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello, thank you for letting us know about your experience. You are correct that you should not have to work on a newly purchased unit. We greatly appreciate your feedback, and I am sending it along to our quality control team to ensure this does not happen again. Thank you, Zach - Westinghouse
Just delivered. 6 days early by the way. Have not used it yet BUT. Came in perfect condition ( as it should) I really like that it is mostly metal. The gas tank frame and the blue area. Very easy to put together and the lift handle makes it really easy to move around. I live in phoenix so if the power goes out in the summer, we are ready. I LOVE the fact it is dual fuel. Can’t wait to get my free cover for this review.
Just picked up this awesome generator. Brought it home ,set it up and ran a test run. Started on the second pull. Ran my portable ac and fridge with no issues. I will recommend this to everyone I know.
