Push back PG&E's darkness!

I bought this machine after PG&E decided to send Northern California back to the 18th Century whenever the wind blows during late summer through late fall. After getting oil and gas it started on the first pull right out of the box and continued one-pull starts through heavy use until the wet season began in late November. It's also very portable (two old men can lift it easily), which gives me the option of having power in remote areas of the farm as well taking it in the truck if I'm going to need power away from the farm somewhere. It's exactly the machine we needed and I couldn't be happier with it. I have recommended it to friends who have seen it and were very impressed with its easy starting and relatively quiet operation.

Very Good Out of the Box

Packaging was badly damaged but no damage to the generator. Good instructions. Easy to follow. Engine started on the first pull. Checks out great so far.

Purchased to be used in case of a neighborhood power outage to maintain life support for my exotic animals. Very happy to have it on hand in case of emergency. All the correct things needed to keep everyone happy and healthy.

Start-up and run problem.

Engine surging as if carburetor or governor problems. I will not use until problem is rectified through the warranty service. Aside from this I think this genertor will work quite nicely.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
