We just opened our generator today and I was able to start it first pull. Very easy to use

Just what I needed

was still able to use it for three days camping and it was fantastic. Got this one today and expect it to do everything that I need which would be the AC and microwave in my Teardrop trailer. Looking forward to using it for a very long time

Done what I should do and it done what it should do. Took it out of box put gas and oil in it. Generator cranked on first pull. Great job everyone...

Just out of the box. Easy to assemble, looks good, started easily on first try ( 2 pulls) and runs at acceptable sound level.

Great value 3600 watts for just over $300.00
Easy to fill and run. Easy to start. A bit noisy compared to an inverter, but overall very good product.

........unit just arrived. Box was in perfect condition. No visible flaws on the unit. I've put oil in it but haven't fired it up yet. I appears to be very good quality. I didn't get the wheel kit but I will be ordering one soon as it is over 100 pounds and isn't easy to just throw around.

Problem not addressed

I purchased the WGen3600DF in preparation for hurricane Dorian. It arrived with a broken support, which was reported to powereq.com by phone and email, with pictures; also followed up. No response. None. It has 2 case #s - one for the original complaint and one for the follow up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
