The equipment doesn't generate enough power to do the simplest task if you can run it on to start. It is very difficult to start I give up using it.

Generator will not crank out of box!

I bought this item and cranked out of box, pull string will not pull. Removed spark plug and still no crank

My wife and I got this for our RV and its great! Not too loud and works everything in our 30 amp RV as if we are plugged into a power pole.
If winter comes back to Texas and shuts down the power grid we are more than ready! Glad we chose your brand over the others we were considering!

Works good, manual is comfusing

First I followed manual and switch choker on, but it just won't be able to start. Only after I switch choker off, then I can start it.
