Better than I hoped for

This generator is more than I expected for the price. With a steel fuel tank, a fuel gauge, and a large opening to fill the tank it was looking good. When I started it for the first time it took only one pull. To top things off I was surprised by how quite it was. It has no trouble meeting my power requirements. I am very pleased with this purchase. Something I don't get to say often.

Better Than Expected!!

We purchased the WGen3600 after experiencing our first ( Multi Hour) power outage in our area due to Storms/Weather. In order to be prepared for the next time, We had a "dry run" with the generator, using it to power a few of the important items in the house ( Refr, router, 2 Tv's with firesticks, and many lamps). We had all of this under load, and could've had more items! Setting up was easy, After adding oil and fuel, It started up on the first pull out of the box!! We Couldn't be more impressed!!!

Thank you Westinghouse for building such a wonderful product. I have only had this product for one day however I have managed to put it thru its paces. First of all this gen is very quiet as compared to other open frame models. It started right up after adding oil and gas. I wanted to test it under load so I plugged in a air compressor that draws 12 amps. The gen responded with hardly any increase in sound. Next I wanted to test the breakers so I connected a second compressor. The second one was rated at 15 amps so it should trip the 20 amp breaker. It do so, as it was designed. I next unplugged the 12 amp compressor and let the one rated at 15 amp run. I stopped and started the compressor many times while observing the generator. The generator performed flawlessly. I did not test the 30 amp RV plugs but suspect that will work as designed. This Gen is wonderful and is priced far below its competition. The build quality is exceptional. Stop shopping, you will be very happy with this purchase.

Starts with one pull everytime

The 120volt 30amp RV plug and 120volt 30amp twist lock plug are features that I was looking for I do not need 240volt so this is a great size generator for my use as back up power, there is a fuel gauge on the tank, low oil shut down and the price is affordable
