I needed to run the refrigerator, fan, TV and WiFi during storm outages and this unit was at the right price point and quality.

Easy to assemble and start. I noticed some people stating that they had broken motor mounts and an upside down RV plug. Mine had none of those issues. Only time will tell about reliability!

It came with minor paint damages upon opening the box, other than that it looks good. After reading some reviews and watching YouTube videos on this product decided to give it a chance. Easy instructions with minor assembly. Have yet to test it's performance, hope to not be disappointed.

Very powerful device. A little loud, but gets the job done. Easy to maneuver with a build in handle and strong wheels. I'm satisfied with my purchase.

5 Starts when it gets me through a Hurricane, easy setup

I bought this ahead of the 2018 Hurricane season. It's my first generator and I did quite a bit of research. It came in with the box all beat up, but everything was in tact and fine. A little oil spilled on the inside of the box, but that's likely just from quality control ahead of packaging, which I'm grateful for. Setup took about 30 minutes and was mostly simple. I had a difficult time attaching one of the wheels because the bolt fan up against the rubber shock mount...I had to loosen the shock mount with the generator on its side, attach the wheel, then retighten the shock. NBD. It started and ran beautifully and power my shop vac. I think it will do well when I need it. This should be near the top of your list if you're a first time buyer.
