Nice generator

I purchased this generator for preparing for the hurricane this weekend. The generator was in excellent condition and after putting oil and gas in it it started right up.

Cheap, reliable, and easy to start.

Perfect for hurricanes. Easy to start and not too heavy. I use premium gas with fuel stabilizer, and full synthetic oil. Be sure to change the oil regularly.

Take it camping whether we use the camper or the tent and serves both needs well. It is a little heavy though loading in and out of the truck. All in all though I am happy with it.

Missing wheels and feet

I had to contact customer service because the wheels and feet were missing. I was told a Service Team member would contact me in 24 - 48 hours. I have received an email with the following "Case #SC12919 - "Missing Parts" has been created for you." What bothered me was I did not understand why your customer service couldn't just order the missing items and have them shipped asap. I was able to start the unit, and it ran just fine. What I didn't though, was the oil cap and location of it made it difficult to close it after opening to add and check the level. AS for recommending the unit, I said yes, but I'm really not sure at this point.

we live in Florida in the Tampa Bay area, we lose power due to hurricanes for sometimes a week at a time, lose our food, etc
