Arrived in excellent shape, no damage. Easy setup. Started on first pull. I thought it was going to be louder. Decent decibel level. Does exactly what it is supposed to do, generate lots of electricity. This is a great buy!

Very pleased with purchase. Just what I was looking for in a generator. Started right up on the second pull. Pretty quiet. Ran vacuum, fan and chainsaw no problems!
