We bought this generator a few days after hurricane Sally where we we're hit hardest on the coast of Alabama....as soon as unboxed it was put to use with very user friendly interface and very dependable output that made our devastating time easier to deal with , as it ran fans , TV and refrigerator.....we couldn't be happier !!! Thank you for an outstanding product

Have not used it much yet, but have been pleased so far. Set up was easy and it started right up. Will come in handy on our property for areas and extension cord won't reach.

Very well packed and arrived in one peace. I was impressed by how simple and quickly it was to assemble. I had it up and running in under 20 minutes after reviewing the manual. Very happy so far with this product.

Ordered the WGEN3600 with wheels however somehow I got the other model without wheels and it is a pain to move. Other than the shipping issue the generator works like a dream.

Pretty darn quiet

Have not yet had a power outage but hoping just having this will keep them away. Started right up the first pull. Ran smooth and very quiet for a generator of this output. Wife very pleased. Good frame around generator protects internal parts. Lot of output options.
