I bought the generator earlier this month to brace for possible power outages caused by the weather and fires in the mountains above us. No difficulty with the setup/installation. I turned it on per instructions and hooked up a garage refrigerator and computer up to it. It kept them powered. The suction cup rubber boots kept the generator from moving around on my garage concrete floor. I like how compact it is as I can easily fit it under my workbench for storage.
Hello my name is Kevin Zuber. I recently moved to the mountains of TN. I was worried about the weather (winter mostly). Knowing I would more than likely face power outages, I decided to get a generator. I am retired and live in a 23' motor home on SSDI . After spending countless hours online I found your generator Wgen3600v. It arrived a day earlier then promised. I ran it according to the manual and changed the oil after 20 hours (recommended), all the time having it plugged into my RV. What a pleasant and secure feeling as this generator was flawless. I now know that I will never be without power, no matter what may come. Thank You so much for this Generator, it's Perfect!!
Have had it a week now so have not gotten to use it a lot. So far so good. Cranked up with the first pull. Running non-ethanol gas to keep clean. A bit louder than I would like. My meter shows 72 db - wish they could get these more reasonable generators a higher quality muffler. I will use the plywood method.
I will admit this is the first generator I have ever bought but the bar has been set extremely high. Well built, sturdy design, and it actually looks kind of cool.
I purchased this to power our camper should we lose power. I live in the gulf coast and we were affected by hurricane Sally.
I purchased the version without wheels in order to save a little bit of money and I put my own wheels on it. Looking forward to using it in the future.
