Easy start

Delivery man put in my pick up. Box damaged but generator was not. Screw in filler spout was great. manual was clear. Started on 2nd pull. Fairly quiet.

We've needed a new generator for a while, and we did a lot of research before deciding on this one. Lots of good reviews, and now I can add my own. Everything you need comes in the box. Just put the wheels on, add the included oil, gas it up, and it's ready to go! Quick tip: Keep the oil bottle as well as the funnel because it's exactly the right amount of oil for the generator. Also, it has a very good user manual with clear and easy instructions. The generator started up on first pull and it's been good since. Can't be happier!

Easy Start Up!

I recently purchased this Generator for small home electric back up! The Generator is modern and sleek looking! It is simple to understand, and love that it has covers for the plug ports. It started upon first pull and was very quiet to me! I'm sure it will be very helpful powering some household items during outages! Thanks Westinghouse, you guys never let me down!

I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet this generator it is. I'm so glad I got this model with the wheels. It makes it a lot easy to move around.

It look complex to start.

You need to work on your documentation with the generator. You need to revise your quick start guide. The key word is quick. I didn't see a drawing that shows where to find the serial number. Shoud this come with a rain proof cover, just encase, it needs to be operated during a storm. I did not see any thing about the quality and type of extension cords we should use. That should be in the quick guide. I am not looking forward to using this.

This generator is exactly what I had hoped for. We have electric shutdowns here in CA and I have needed this unit for some time. It was delivered overnight at no charge! Easy to assemble the wheels; even the oil came with it. I am very happy.
