Unpacked, followed instructions, operated for 45 minutes with load of 12000 btu window ac unit. Did an excellent job. Even pulled the refrigerator while running the ac unit but wouldn't recommend pulling both at the same time as it seemed to bog down a bit. I have another smaller generator for the frig. This 3600V will operate the ac, the tv, wifi and a few lights for the inevitable hurricanes in South Texas

We ordered our generator on line and within less than ten minuted had completed our purchase. It was sent FedEx and arrived within 5-6 days. After receiving our generator we had a few questions and called the 800 number and talked with a very helpful young mand who gave us the information we needed. All in all it was a great experience and we would definitely order again,
