Just purchased it, but I haven't actually turned it on yet. No missing pieces and nothing looks broken. As I stated above Havent had a chance to turn it on or use it yet but once I do I will leave an updated review.

My product arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It is easy to tell this is a quality product. It came with a handle, wheels and even oil and a funnel! Easy to read instructions. I went with Westinghouse because they have been around for many years and I expected the best from them. I live in Texas and we had a terrible freeze last year so I am very relieved that I will have this generator to get me through the winter this year and hopefully many years to come.
I would recommend this to a friend!
