Just what I have been waiting for! With winter around the corner and freezing temperatures in the horizon, no doubt this is an investment worth having. It gives our family peace of mind just in case we need it.

Product received with part damaged

I bought this generator a week ago. After removed the unit out of the box and performed an initial inspection all around the machine.
I found some damaged areas that may not related to shipping, as I heard many bad experiences from other review when they first open the box to check.
I've attached some pictures for your review and hope someone will contact me for replacement part for the Air Cleaner Assembly cover.
I don't know how to deal with bent frame and scratches on the bottom frame. I think these are considered minor but needed to be noted.
I added oil then gas for a test run. Over all, the generator ran as expected. I would give it a 5 rating but a little disappointed on the quality control.

Bought a few days ago started right up after adding fuel/oil was louder than I had hoped and heavier probably should of bought the wheel kit. Going to use it to run my rv ac . The Onan is problematic so hopefully this will work better.

Have always kept in our minds that we should buy an emergency generator and with all the uncertainty in the country right now we finally did it and are happy so far with some peace of mind.

Easy to setup and easy to follow instructions to start. No problems at all. I tested it several times successfully. Only complaint is that is noisier than I expected.
