Purchased for my brother for Christmas. He loses power over there sporadically throughout the year. Sometimes for a few minutes, sometimes several hours. I gave it to him a week before Christmas, and he has already used it. He said it starts with one, sometimes two pulls, but that's it. I was over today, and he fired it up, runs smooth, and fairly quiet. Doesn't smoke or stink, except on initial startup, and that's minimal. He only used it one day for about 20 minutes, but he was able to run his fridge, a small heater, TV, and some lights. He is really happy with it. I will follow up in a few months with more results, but so far, so good!

Received as a gift from in-laws, use it with our travel trailer and it powers every perfectly. Instructions are clear and it is easy to use. Buy this product!

Assembly was easy, started on the first pull, and not very loud. Ran my 1500 watt milk house heater with no issues.
