Second Times the Charm

Wife surprised "us" with a Christmas Westinghouse generator.....that arrived in time but badly beaten up in transit. After some pictures and chat conversations, the damaged unit (frame appeared bent and never attempted to fill or start) was finally retrieved and new one received in early January. This time it was handled much better without any visible scratches or bruises and shiny blue with flat black matte frame. Easy assembly of front pads and rear wheels and it's ready for it's first assignment.....which we hope never arrives (extended power outage - the life of a portable generator)! Like many insurance policies, it's nice to know we have it but hope we never have to use it. Even still, it does look impressive sitting in our garage.
Looking forward to receiving the BONUS GENERATOR COVER by completing this review. Now we will be able to keep it shiny AND dust free!!! Thanks, Westinghouse

Started first pull

So I got it ready and it started on the first pull. I plugged in a space heater to test it and everything went well. So far so good. I can't wait to get my cover so I can keep my trash bags from leaking on it.

My 1st Westinghouse 3600v generator. Made in Vietnam. When it is running you can talk normal standing next to it. Great value. Does what it says .

Great for our Camper

We bought this a few weeks ago for our Coleman lantern 17b camper and we love it! We are able to run everything in the camper no problem. Also happy to have it in case Texas decides to make us feel like we live in Alaska again and we lose power.

Had a bad storm in the area and was without power for 3 days... Said never again. Bought the WGen3600v generator and have no regrets. Came ready out of the box, just had to add the oil and gas. Exactly what I needed. Don't need to worry about being without power again.
