I bought it last month for my dad but he hasn't been able to use it yet because after you crank it up and it running it's not putting out any power.

I bought this for camping and when I received the box it had oil leaking from it. Apparently something had punctured the box and the qt of oil. After buying a qt of oil It started right up and appears nothing was hurt. I hope to have many hours of pleasure camping with the generator supplying the power I need.

Good features

Starts well and provides sufficient power as needed for refrigerator, freezer and sump pump. However, requires partial choke to run smoothly. With choke fully open (i.e. no choke) engine tends to surge.
