Started right up....no issues whatsoever

Followed the simple and straightforward directions for prepping and starting the unit. Thankful for the included oil and tools. First pull....started right up and ran with no issues. We put in one gallon of gas for an initial test run. On one gallon of gas this unit powered my refrigerator, outdoor freezer unit and a strand of LED lights for over 7 hours!!!! Very impressed!

My husband and I just purchased this about 2 weeks ago and we are very satisfied with it! Actually the only complaint we would have that really isn't a complaint it's just the size is the run time hours are too low for what we really need! But we needed a good generator quick and it's been good do far and it has helped us in a bad time with me finding out I have cancer to is living in a camper with no power! Now I have air when we can afford to keep gas in it also no fault of the generator just our government!!!

Purchased this for emergency use (long duration power outage). The first time starting the generator was a breeze, literally could not be any easier. Can't beat the Quality-to-Price ratio.
