Easy to start and run.

Upon receiving the unit, I was initially concerned and a bit disappointed as there was oil residue covering much of the unit. After reporting same to Jeremy at customer service it was assumed that the crankcase was not completely drained prior to shipment. In any case, after cleaning the unit, filling the crankcase with oil and a small amount of fuel to the tank, the unit started first pull. The engine smoothed out quickly and ran flawlessly both on and without load.

Tighten Bolts

Started the generator for the first time and after a few minutes of running it had spit out the bolts where the oil goes and the oil had spilled out on the ground which then shut off the generator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best generator I ever bought

Bought this generator 2 weeks ago, finally was able to test it out yesterday, the oil, spark plug wrench and a nifty funnel that screws into the oil filler hole is included. After multiple pulls on the rope and no success with starting, I finally switched the switch on, and wahlah it started first pull! I tried it out on my travel trailer it works it runs the AC, all the other equipment I expected it to run, seems like it'll do a good job!

Missing wheels and feet

I had to contact customer service because the wheels and feet were missing. I was told a Service Team member would contact me in 24 - 48 hours. I have received an email with the following "Case #SC12919 - "Missing Parts" has been created for you." What bothered me was I did not understand why your customer service couldn't just order the missing items and have them shipped asap. I was able to start the unit, and it ran just fine. What I didn't though, was the oil cap and location of it made it difficult to close it after opening to add and check the level. AS for recommending the unit, I said yes, but I'm really not sure at this point.
