After being without power for 2 days, we determined a generator might be in order. We purchased this product and received it a couple of days ago. The instructions are easy to read and easy to follow.

Worked well on first use. Manual and generator pictures did not exactly line up. A switch that was off needed to be on to start. It was not mentioned in the book. Flooded it the first time but got it started

This is the second one I bought in a year for work. We have used the first one hundreds of times over the past few years and still runs great. I just started using this one and same results so far. You can not wrong with this product.
