This was hard to start when new, it would start, then shut off almost immediately. After about a dozen times, I was ready to give up, but tried once more. It started, but I could never get it to stay running with the choke off. As soon as i moved it to off, it would die. Eventually, it would run with it off, but very rough. After a few days, it runs okay now. I don't think I should have had these issues because I watched videos of others starting their new generators with no issues. Their support line is not very helpful, they just read you the troubleshooting guide just like you would, then tell you they'll elevate the issue and have advance support contact you within a couple of days, still no phone call 3 days later.
Overall though, it runs okay and happy with it for the price. I connected it to my house panel, but only to single pole breakers. I made an interlock plate to make sure it gets turned on/off properly at the breaker panel, and it runs the lights, fridge, fans, pool pump, internet, and three tv's just fine.

I have not used the generator in an emergency yet - I have only tested it. I ran it for about 60 minutes. I am very pleased with it. It is much quieter then I thought. Great Value.

Used this to run some essential appliances and other household items during an extended power outage and it worked perfectly! Very easy to start and operate and extremely fuel efficient. Only used about 2 gallons of gas to run my fridge/freezer for 10 hours. So glad I made this purchase.
