After receiving the 5000 watt dual fuel with electric start, I am pleased with the product and features. The packaging was top notch and the instructions were clear. I followed a more in depth break-in procedure from YouTube utilizing oil stabilizer, Lucas break in specific oil, and 3 drain and fills. I intend to only use propane over gasoline to keep the carburetor clean and I’m confident this machine will last 20 yrs of occasional use!
I do wish this was quieter but it is far quieter than a non inverter generator or lawn mower and so far my perspective is the would level from about 5 ft away. Very happy with my purchase price vs quality, sound, and reputation.

Bought over a month ago, love the dual fuel capability. Started right up after servicing with provided oil and runs at a quiet level. Look forward to many years of use with RV travels.

Awesome starting features

After hurricane Helene decided to finally get a generator. Just took it for a test run and works great. The three methods of starting it are great (manual pull cord, start button on unit and remote start key fob). All the different power connections make it extremely versatile. Dual fuel (propane and gas) means we can can keep a propane tank ready for immediate use and then refuel based on what’s available. We are ready for next power outage.

Started up without a hitch. Good documentation and quick start guide.
Nice and compact for its power. Still heavy 150lbs, need 2 men to lift into the back of a pickup. On the ground handle and wheels work great to move it around. Ran 2 refrigerators . lights , and charging stations.

A step up from older generators

I bought this generator to replace an older model and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it starts up and operates. I am impressed with the instrumentation and the amount of info I can get from the control panel. I’ve never experienced that before and it makes this generator so much easier to use. I can handle the load I put on it with ease which came in handy during the last time the power went out.

Very easy to operate!

I am a single woman who needed an easy to operate generator. I found a model that uses both propane as well as gas since I’m much more comfortable with propane. It has a telescopic handle that makes moving the generator a breeze. I love the remote start as well. It is exactly what I needed and I’m happy to have a very reliable piece of equipment should I ever need it.
