Easy Starting and Smooth Running

I bought this for emergency backup power. I have started and run it when new to get it set up. It starts right up and the remote is a big plus.

This is the replacement that Westinghouse sent as a return for the recall. This was a proactive decision by the company and was handled very well in turning the unit around. The generator works flawlessly and is very quiet.

We purchased this generator primarily for camping. However, just after we received it, the grid power was shut off for fire safety and there was a problem with our batteries. So everything was dark. We hooked the generator up to the propane bottles and got it connected into our system. Ran the whole house load with no problems for exactly 24 hours, at which time our battery issue was corrected. We have since been camping with it and enjoy the remote start. We have an Airstream trailer which is all aluminum skin but the remote has enough power to work from anywhere inside. Very convenient.

I just cranked this up for the first time today and I'm pleased with the unit. Started right away and runs quiet. I plan to use this with my RV so I can boondock and just get away from everything.

After a resent storm that left us without power for 3 days we started looking for a generator. With Covid our kids are home for school and we needed power so they wouldn't miss any. This should fit our needs perfectly. Since we were going to be running computer equipment we went with an inverter (better on sensitive equipment). We are able to run both our refrigerators and several other circuits to give us lights and internet. Love that it comes with a small tool kit, oil and funnel.
