Smooth and Quiet

I bought this in March and it is as quiet as advertised. It started easily and ran smoothly. The autostart is great. I can start it from the comfort of my rv.

I just unboxed the generator but it appears to be put together well and fired up immediately on propane.

3rd Westinghouse Generator!!

I have had 2 Westinghouse inverter generator for a couple years. They were iGEN2200 that I bought for my travel trailer. I had issues finding a parallel cable for them and decided I wanted a single unit instead. No doubt I wanted anther Westinghouse. These generators are quieter and higher output than Champion and much cheaper than Honda or Yamaha. Love, love, love these generators. I'm even keeping one of my smaller units for kids sporting events and things like that. I just can't imagine giving it up.

Great power for the price and size

Started right up after adding fuel and oil. I like the option of remote start for when we go camping. The info panel is an excellent feature to monitor fuel, power and runtime. I plugged a few items in and the noise level didnt change much, it's very quiet. I look forward to many years of use.

GREAT GENERATOR NEEDS MINOR IMPROVMENTS

The LPG option is perfect for my application. The generator functions well. No complaints. However the oil & battery access areas are way to small. I had a difficult time gaining access with my hand to check and change the oil and plug in /install the battery. The key fob remote starter is a great idea. BUT the main off/on switch must be operated by hand at the generator or the battery will eventually run down.

After many reviews and comparison. Went with igen4500df. Glad I did. Less than half price of honda and has a better output.Was really impressed with remote. Didn't even know I was missing it till you have one.

Dual Fuel

I received this igen4500DF as a gift. I had been looking for a unit like this for a while. We have several acres at the foothills of the Appalachia Mountains and we did not want power lines running thru the property. This works great for what we need it for. Propane was a must for me and the noise levels are minimal. Great gift. Glad someone was listening to what I was looking for.

Had to fix it.

Followed initial start up procedure and upon adding fuel, it started leaking everywhere. I found the main line from the fuel tank was completely disconnected. This could have been a major fire hazard and we feel this should be taken up with higher ups and we should be credited for us having to FIX something that should have been right from the factory. Westinghouse I expect you will contact me and or respond to my complaint.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
