boughht it for camping, started on first try after putting oil and gas in it. took it camping and worked great, ran ac fine. very pleased with product

BEEN LOOKING AT THIS FIR AWHILE AND PULLED THE TRIGGER ON THE DUAL FUEL 4500. SETUP WAS A BREEZE AND STARTING WAS QUICK AND EASY

Good product- but with issues

It runs quiet and powered my camper quite well during the break-in period. I like the fact that it has the propane regulator, hose, oil and a tool kit with it, along with a very complete owners manual. The extendable pull handle works well. I wonder why they have a remote start feature with a fob when you have to disconnect all cords from the inverter before starting it. My biggest concern is the digital display is not functioning - at all. I have been in contact with the service number and the gentleman told me to remove the front cover and see if there are any loose wires on the panel. Since I am comfortable working on these types of things, I did. I found no loose wires or connections and the panel still does not work. I have sent a copy of my receipt and am waiting to find out how far I have to drive to get it to authorized shop. I hope it goes well. I detest buying a new product and having it fail right out of the starting gate, or having to investigate the problem myself. It should be sound when it leaves the factory.
