Bought this generator and the finish looks good. I repair high tech medical equipment and I will mention why I chose this generator. It’s not just important to choose a reliable unit, but a unit that you’ll be able to find good local service and readily available parts in the event you need them. I did research on the generator as well as being able to service it locally and this unit won just over any other unit out there.

Excellent choice for RV owners

We were searching for a portable generator to power our RV when camping in remote areas without hookups. We wanted a dual-fuel model, and found that this generator had the features we wanted: 4500 watt performance to power our air conditioner, a remote start, and a built-in 30 amp RV outlet. We have operated it about 4 hours, using both gasoline and propane. It has started without a problem every time. The digital readout is very useful, and we like that a charger was included for the starter battery so that we can keep this machine ready to go. It was out of stock for months, but it was definitely worth the wait.

Seems quiet. Dip stick was cross-thread and remote did not function properly upon arrival. I contacted customer service and had a new dip stick and remote in less than a week.

i like the features and led display

Just got mine in 6/28/21 the directions state to use the whole bottle of oil but it actually only would hold 3/4 of it so pour slow and check often so that you do not over fill, pull start rally easy and the remote is great the features and led display is great cant wait to try it out this weekend for its 1st camping trip.
