Peace of mind..!!

This unit cranked right up as in the start up vids. We live in the southeast where hurricanes can interrupt power services when in the path. We are excited to have the iGenDF to depend on when the storms come through southeastern North Carolina!

Perfect Size and Features!

The compact size with this amount of power is perfect for my needs. I really like the dual fuel system so I am not dependent on just one fuel source. It is quiet and I was able to power what I needed during our latest power outage and it just purred away without any issues.

I have a friend that has an iGen4500DF. I was excited to receive mine. I followed the set instructions and it started right up. I am excited for many many years of service.

I bought this for a camping trip this past weekend. Ran my camper AC flawlessly, about 15 hour run time at 25 to 50% load. I am Very impressed with this generator

The features I was looking for

I researched portable generators thoroughly to use for household back-up in the event of a power loss. Upon receipt (it arrived very well packaged) and after filling with oil and connecting the battery, the generator would not start. I open the side panel and found that a wiring harness, which apparently actuated the automatic choke, was not connected. I connected the harness and the unit started and ran perfectly. If it had not been for the above mentioned issue, I would have rated the unit five stars. I would highly recommend this generator to a prospective buyer.
