Choke problems

I did not use for two months and when I did It started hard and smelled of gas after a short time of running had a puddle under it. Westinghouse offered to send new carburetor and gave me a name of a shop. I have not had time to get it fixed yet. When running it’s quite powers my tools.

Great Generator

Just bought it. Used it once so far on our rv for break in period of 5 hours. It performed as advertised and easily handled the demand of our rv showing only 50% of output capacity.

Great generator

Easy to start, runs well, and operates quietly. Heavier than I expected and the features picture in my instruction manual did not entirely match up with the actual panel on the generator.

easy operation and very portable

I bought this unit so I could keep my home/office up and running during a long power outage or disaster if needed and for job site use. This unit is very easy to prep for first time use and fired up on the second pull of the manual start. The remote start makes things even easier. it is a great back up system

Took my generator to the camp ground and it is so quiet no one complained about it running all night. It had enough power to handle the load. Love it!

Easy to set up and use

I purchased this generator for my new 5th wheel RV. Simple to set up easy to use. It immediately started with both the remote and the push button and pull start. Very quiet and works as advertised. When filling the oil which is provided, I would suggest to start with a 1/2 a bottle check the level and then continue to add a little at a time, If you pour the entire bottle in you will overflow the oil reservoir.

Good Start

Anymore when you purchase new items it takes a good part of the day to get the item assembled and working correctly. I am so pleased how detailed the instructions, but to the point and how well it was packaged. In less than 30 minutes I had it checked out and started. The Westinghouse Generator is exactly what I was looking for in an emergency generator.

Quiet Compared to the one we returned!

We just received the IGEN Westinghouse generator and started it. It is much quieter than the one we had purchased at first. Also, this one will be good for technology equipment.
The enclosed case is nice and the unit is more compact. We like the handle and wheels for moving it around. Have not actually used it yet.
