Good, plastic housing arrived cracked.

Just opened up the box, and unfortunately the engine cover panel had a huge crack in it. I'll be submitting my claim for replacement/repair, so I'll update when I see how that goes. It appears to have been dropped in transit.
Otherwise it's been great so far!

Great features, super quiet

I made the purchase due to published low decibel level and the wattage that is higher than my current unit. I ran it for the first time and it is very quiet when it runs. I like the remote and push-button starting features.

Couldn't be any easier! Unbox, added oil, connected battery, hooked up LP, turned on, hel the start button and it started right up. I will be using two of theses to run 50 amp power for both our RV and as a back up emergency home genrator.
