Received promptly and in good condition. Read instructions and prepped for starting with propane. Cranked immediately with remote fob and ran on both ‘eco’ and full power for long period. Well designed user interface panel and placement of oil/air filter/battery access area. Also well designed collapsible handle for pulling on four or two wheels - nice design idea. Ohhh! And quiet.

I recently bought this and it performs as expected. Like the idea has a fob for remote start. Very quiet and lightweight with handle to tote around.

Just what we were looking for!

My husband and I purchased this generator to use while camping in areas without hookups. We also wanted something we could use as a backup should our home power go out. We just received it a couple days ago, so have not had opportunity to give it the full test yet. It arrived in beautiful shape and extremely fast! My husband was very pleased with how easy it was to setup. When he pushed the start button, it fired right up. We plugged it into our RV first thing and everything worked that we turned on. Can't wait to hit the hills!!

Generator is great so far but…

This is a great generator for the $ however we had an issue with filling the oil because the dipstick was obstructed by a screw sticking out in front of it making it extremely difficult to remove and replace. Aside from that we have ran it for only about 2.5 hours so far and it has worked as it should. I like that it has an easy push button start. Overall a good generator.

I lost my home to the Dixy wildfire in August 2021. So I bought a camp trailer and needed generator as there was no electricity available on my property. The iGen was the best choice for me. The inverter allows 2 generators to be combined (with the proper adapter harness) for a 50 amp hook up. I've only needed 30 amp so far.
It starts easily even in subfreezing temperatures. It is quite running and produces enough electricity to power my RV and other power tools I need to rebuild dut not at the same time.
At 47 hours I served the generator and found it is difficult to drain and refill engine oil with out spilling oil in the lower casing and more difficult to get the spiled oil out. The engine calls for .63qt .6l of oil, I found in mine that much will over fill the crankcase. Other than the oil change issues it is a very good generator.
