I just purchased the unit and filled out the warranty registration, and you're asking for a review already? Okay, packaging is super, easy enough to unpack. The instruction manual is excellent, well written, and informative. The gen started up and runs great on gas and propane. I plugged a circular saw into it and ran the saw a couple of seconds. Now that's all the more I tried it for now. I'll change my rating if it fails when I actually use the dam thing.

Surprisingly quiet

I got this for home use. It arrived in good shape, with everything in the box that was supposed to be there. I added oil and (as noted in the instructions) there was some left in it so it didn't quite take the whole bottle. It started on the second try using propane and first try each time after that. I was expecting it to be quieter than my 20 year old open frame generator, but it was much quieter than what I had hoped for. It got as little louder with a 1200 watt vacuum cleaner connected and not in eco mode, but still very reasonable. At that load, you can stand 5 feet away with that load and have a conversation without speaking loudly. I haven't tried a larger load yet, but I doubt it will be annoying like the old generator.

I bought this item a month ago and literally gave the generator a run for its money. I follow maintenance as it states in the instructions and this thing just goes on. This generator was so good I decided to buy a second unit. The ability to run on gas or propane has proven super useful already. Love this Generator!

Quiet and powerful

I bought this and really like how quiet it is. It uses a little more gas than anticipated when running the AC on my camper, but nothing to worry about.

Currently doing a break in process so jury is out. Started right up on propane which I intend to only operate on that. Engine surges slightly with no load but again no hours on it and no load yet. I will update when I have some hours. Otherwise the reviews from other owners help promote my purchase

Super quiet

I bought the IGen4500 Dual Fuel about two weeks ago and just finished the super easy set up. The product came damage free, was packaged very nicely and the set up even for a guy who’s never owned a generator before was pain-free! My initial though upon start up, is how quiet it is! The remote start paired easily and it has been running for 30 minutes already while I write this!
I look forward to using this over many years!

I ran it on propane so far and it has ran great. Remote start is awesome as well. I haven’t tried gas yet but I will soon. The only issue I see so far, and it might be my problem not understanding how it’s supposed to work, but the display just stays in P mode and doesn’t cycle through to show me the other statuses. If I can’t get it to work I’m sure tech-support will work with me so far I’m very happy with the unit.
