Great product for boondock camping

We did a lot of research before selecting the dual fuel model. Great purchase! So happy to not have to transport cans of gasoline.

Compact and quiet

This is a remote start and electric start I won't have to pull start but there is a rope if the battery is dead can't beat it for the price

I bought this last month. Thankfully haven't had to use it yet. Cranked easily first try and ran quietly. Too heavy for a 65 year old woman to pick up but old woman and old man husband were able to pick up and set on back of truck. has an extension handle and rolls easily.
I would recommend this to a friend!

excellent manual with easy to understand operating instructions and through schematics and parts lists. I really appreciate having the manual included as a bound document I can refer to without having to open a site on my computer.

Unboxing and initial setup went smoothly

I just received the iGen 4500w Dual Fuel generator and unboxed it. No damage, in perfect condition. Made in Vietnam. The written instructions are well done and up to expected grammar standards. All maintenance panels are easy to remove. Connecting the battery was a bit of a challenge for my man hands but eventually got that done. Based on the weight of the generator, I'm glad they provide a collapsible airport-luggage style handle, makes moving a breeze. Warranty registration can be done online.
I bought this large home generator for peace of mind. I'll do the engine break-in and change the oil. Other than that, This will be a "Break Glass in Case of Emergency" item and I plan on only using propane for fuel. I think this will be an awesome generator.

This generator is awesome! Ease of use and choice of fuel or propane if sources are unavailable. Hookups and plug ins are user friendly and easily accessible. Its not so big and bulky and fits right where we need it to be to get it up in a hurry! Great product , great price!

I bought this for a long camping trip and it ran everything I needed from the trailer, ac, refrigerator, air fryer, to battery charges.

Bought this unit to back up my home during power outages. I’m also able to use it while I’m camping. Enough power to keep our essentials moving. I love the duel fuel option and the ability to easily switch fuels while unit is operating.
