Great Generator

We just bought this and after going through the check list I filled it wit gasoline and hit the switch. It started immediately and is very quiet. it appears to be a great unit. If I have a complaint it is tedious to fill with oil.

Purchased brand new, didnt use until months later..would NOT start. Had to get diagnosed and carburator issue.. SMH. Then no warranty because I purchased a brandnew product from a 3rd party merchant. ARE YOU FREEKING KIDDING ME!!

Hello, thank you for your review, we are genuinely sorry to hear about your experience. We understand the frustration caused by the unit and the lack of warranty. Unfortunately, we do not provide a warranty with 3rd party merchants as they hold the units and we do not have control over them. I have passed your frustration to our leadership to see how we can better serve our customers that do purchase from a 3rd party. If there is anything we can do to help please contact us at 1-855-944-3571 or support@wpowereq.com.
Thank you,

Great Duel Fuel Inverter Generator!
on February 27, 2024

After extensive research, I purchased the iGen5000DFc. What a great decision it was! It has all the features I was looking for: sufficient starting watts to power up and run our travel trailer AC, duel fuel capability, 3 starting options, CO sensor, Low oil LED. Initial set up was easy. Motor oil and funnel, battery charger and a tool kit were included with the
generator. The generator started up effortlessly the first time. I was surprised how quiet it runs. Looking forward to using this generator for camping and during power outages at home.
