Best money for the value!

I bought this generator to power our RV camper and I am not disappointed! It is very quiet and the remote start make it perfect for RV’ing. It has plenty of power to operate everything in the RV. Great product for the price!

Easy Setup

Did the break in with a vacuum cleaner and an air compressor that cycled on and off.
Used on one job so far and it worked fine. Will take it camping in 2 weeks.

too soon to tell, it shuts down when running AC only in or travel trailer. We are in process of trouble shooting.

Fully Loaded Generator

The igen5000fdc is a great product with all the features I wanted. I was shopping for a lower powered generator initially but when I found this quiet generator already set up for lp or gasoline with true inverter power that would be all I needed for my RV I was sold. I had a Honda 2000 that I had converted to propane but it did not have enough power and I did not want to purchase another one to run in parallel for the money it cost to buy this unit. Plus, this unit comes with push button and remote start. Also, instead of adding external run time monitoring it came equipped with a full range of monitoring. It is heavy, but I purchased a ramp to load it into my pickup truck. I now can take it with my travel trailer and camp in National Forest or lower cost sites in the national parks. I will save the money I would have spent on campsites with full services and probably have a better experience being in the park.

Works good for RV

I just used my 5000DF for the first time last weekend and was very satisfied. It ran my camper AC with no problem and was quiet enough. Easy to start and use.

I just purchased this generator. While I have not use it yet, I am confident that it will serve my needs. I chose Westinghouse because I own a smaller version that works flawlessly.

Happy that I can use propane or gasoline. Has the USB plug ins which will be great to charge our phones. Also it is quiet so that's a plus!
