Generator for mom

My husband bought one of these for us, and I bought this generator to power my mother's furnace and sump pump. She has had some power outages recently at her house and I worry about her when the weather is cold. This unit starts very easily and it's light enough for me to lift and carry to wherever I need it. I like the fact that if we need to power additional loads, we can parallel the two units and deliver more power. We verified that the parallel hookup works well and splits the load automatically.

Keeps the furnace running

Even though we have a whole-house generator, I bought this unit as a backup to power the furnace if the large generator should fail, and to power computer equipment. It seems to be very well built and it starts easily and takes the load quickly. It is also portable enough that I can put it in the UTV and take it to a neighbor's house if they lose power, or to the back of our property do some maintenance.

Just purchased. You can get a quieter, lighter and best reputation (Honda) for over twice the price. This model had everything I want and great reviews. Only time will tell but I feel good about my purchase.

Little Powerhouse

I recently purchased this Westinghouse iGen2550c inverter generator for tailgating, and it has exceeded my expectations. This little powerhouse is not only compact and highly portable, but it also delivers consistent, clean power to run all our essentials during tailgate parties. From powering speakers and TVs to keeping the cooler cold, this generator has been a game-changer. The quiet operation is a huge bonus, allowing us to enjoy our outdoor gatherings without the usual generator noise. I couldn't be happier with this purchase; it's reliable, efficient, and perfect for enhancing the tailgating experience.
