Just purchased and haven't tried out as yet. However, the build quality appears to be very good. The instructions are well documented along with any maintenance/safety procedures and even arrives with a detailed parts breakdown if you ever need a replacement part. As long as it operates as intended, I will be a very happy customer.

Bought thisgenerator to use with our camper and to power the essentials at home when power goes out. I like the fact that it is an inverter generator and is dual Power. Easy to use.

Initially I purchased a larger Inverter Generator (130+ lbs), but quickly realized that I would be better served by having 2 smaller, portable units for my RV usage (43 lbs). Reasonable noise level. Also very helpful for home usage during power outages. Quite versatile and convenient. Can be carried back on my property to run equipment away from the house.

Great for camping and quiet

I've had this unit for a few months and love it. Easy to start (make sure you have the fuel supply selector in the correct position!) and very pleased with how quiet it is while in Eco mode (engine/gen speed adjusts to load). Highly recommended if 2KW is all you need. Relatively easy to lug around for 2KW gen-set at 44lbs. Fuel draining is pretty convenient just pop off the side cover (no tools) then loosen the drain line at the carb bowl (phillips screwdriver) and supplied drain line is enough to run to a small gas can.

Bought 1 after a month it stopped running.
Took to a dealer and the factory replaced it.
The new one they sent worked one day.Now it stops running after a few minutes of use. Restarts but stalls again after a few minues.
