Connected to my natural gas meter and started up immediately. Looking forward to having power for my fridge and freezer the next time my power goes out w/o having to refill gas cans

Eagerly awaiting Power Outage

I purchased this generator couple weeks ago because out in Houston, Tx we recently been hit with severe weather and power outage. I'm very impressed and happy with my purchase. I'm using natural gas along with 50amp inlet hook up. On my first initial startup, the generator started right up effortlessly. I then tested to see if it would run my 2 HVAC units on natural gas and to my surprised, it did. I was over the MOON. A few of my neighbors have already ordered theirs and are following my setup. I'll be installing soft starts on both a/c units in a few weeks.

It would be great if I can get more time to use the generator before reviewing. I went ahead and got the house breaker panel setup with a 50amp receptacle and transfer switch. Not sure how many appliances we can use with this generator, but all reviews said it will handle provide enough power for a home. Just had my nat gas line modified to power my unit, which means it can continuously run without having to refuel with gas or LP.
I would recommend this to a friend!
